welcomes you to a heightened experience.
Polished Lounge is an event and party venue. Our team will
be happy to provide you with more details. Just give us a
call. Parties and group bookings will need a credit card
deposit to firmly hold the date. We work with Dartealing
Lounge for food catering or joint tea parties at both venues.
Changes or cancellation to any bookings held by credit cards
may be liable and subjected to charges for the full amount
of scheduled services if the party does not contact us
within 48 hours of the appointment.
We run a tight ship, and have a good record of being on time
with our customers. If you are running more than 15 minutes
late, we cannot guarantee the services you scheduled for.
This is to prevent us from being late with the customer
following you. If we run late on you, then we will just
beat someone on our team over the head, or you can beat them.
